Returns policy

CATE accepts exchanges/returns of items if the customer is not satisfied or if the item has any defect. Exchanges are accepted within a maximum period of 30 days and returns within a maximum period of 14 days, after receiving the order.

CATE only accepts the exchange/return of an item if it remains in perfect condition, as it was sent to the customer: unused and in its original packaging.

Exchanges will be carried out within 15 working days, counting from the moment the item for exchange is received and after our quality control. At the time of exchange, we will send our IBAN/MBWAY for payment of shipping costs and any difference in value if the exchanged item is more expensive. After payment confirmation, we will proceed with sending the exchanged item to the indicated address.

If you choose to return, the refund will be processed within 15 working days to the desired payment method, after receiving the item and our quality control.

Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of mistakes or errors on the part of CATE. Shipping costs can range from €8.5 to €25, depending on the weight of the item and the shipping method. We recommend that products be sent to us by carrier or registered mail.
