Shipping Policy
CATE is a brand committed to conscious production with zero waste, meaning orders may take up to 15 days to be delivered. Under normal circumstances, when items are in stock, shipping is done on business days, up to 3 days after confirmation and validation of orders. The final delivery time is the responsibility of the delivery services.
All items on the website catemybag.com are available for order.
The delivery time for mainland Portugal is 6 to 15 business days.
The shipping costs are automatically added to the total cost of the order, which you can view before finalizing the order. Shipping costs are as follows:
- Mainland Portugal and Islands: €8.50
- European Union: €25.00
After placing your order, make sure you receive a confirmation email at the email address used for the order registration. The order will be sent to the address provided, with the customer being solely responsible for the accuracy of the address provided.
CATE is not responsible for delays in order delivery due to strikes or external conditions beyond the brand's control. If the package arrives damaged, the customer must report it to the entity responsible for distribution.
