The Terms of Use and General Online Sale Conditions regulate the sales and order process on the catemybag website. By placing an order, the customer agrees to abide by these rules.
CATE reserves the right to modify information, content, and general terms of use at any time, updating its website to improve usability.
The website catemybag.com is aimed at all users who wish to purchase CATE products anywhere, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
RESPONSIBILITY
CATE does not guarantee the absence of computer viruses or any other situations that prevent access to the correct functioning of our website and the services inherent therein, and therefore cannot be held responsible for any damage caused by the eventual presence of viruses and other elements.
PRODUCT AND PRICE INFORMATION
The catemybag website provides information regarding the main features of our products through detailed descriptions and photographs that show our products in detail. Product colors may change due to the monitor and technology used by each user.
The prices defined for all items on our website are presented in euros, with VAT included, at the current rate in Portugal. CATE reserves the right to change prices, information, promotions, and sales conditions at any time.
Items available on the website have limited stock, so availability may fluctuate without prior notice.
DELIVERY AND SHIPPING COSTS
CATE is a conscious production brand with zero waste; therefore, orders may take up to 15 days to be delivered. In normal situations where items are in stock, shipping is done on business days, up to 3 days after order confirmation and validation. The final delivery period is the responsibility of the delivery services.
All items on the website catemybag.com are available for order.
The delivery time for mainland Portugal is 6 to 15 business days.
The corresponding shipping costs are automatically added to the total cost of the order, which you can view before finalizing the order. Shipping costs are as follows:
- Mainland Portugal and Islands: €8.50
- European Union: €25.00
After placing your order, make sure you receive a confirmation email at the email address registered for the order. The order will be sent to the indicated address, and the customer is solely responsible for the address provided.
CATE is not responsible for delays in order delivery due to strikes or external conditions to the brand. If the package arrives damaged, the customer must report it to the entity responsible for distribution.
PAYMENT METHODS
Payment can be made via:
- Paypal;
- Credit card (Visa, MasterCard);
- Multibanco Reference;
- MbWay;
- Google Pay;
All payment options are available at checkout. In the case of payment by Multibanco Reference and MbWay, you will receive the information by email after finalizing the order, and the order will only be processed after receipt of payment confirmation.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
CATE accepts exchanges/returns of items if the customer is not satisfied or if the item has any type of defect. Exchanges are accepted within a maximum period of 30 days and returns within a maximum period of 14 days, after receiving the order.
CATE only accepts exchanges/returns of the item if it remains in perfect condition, as it was sent to the customer: unused and in its original packaging.
Exchanges will be processed and sent within 15 business days, counting from the receipt of the item for exchange and our quality control. At the time of exchange, we will send our IBAN/MBWAY for payment of shipping costs and any difference in value if the exchanged item is more expensive. After payment confirmation, we will proceed with shipping the exchanged item to the indicated address.
If you choose a return, the refund will be processed within 15 business days to the desired payment method, after receipt of the item and our quality control.
Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer, except for mistakes or errors on CATE's part. Shipping costs can range from €8.5 to €25, depending on the item's weight and shipping method. We advise that products be sent to us by carrier or registered mail.
